1)In the 2nd half of the last financial year covering the period 31/12/02 to the 30/6/02 as reported on the 12/9 audited 1/10 in appendix B the financial report released on the 12/9 the company has stated reversal of provisions raised during the 1st half.
The following amounts.
1)Provision for project losses and delays (5068)
2)Provision for recovereability of project receivables and claims (17,305)
3) Sundry provisions (1,623)
What do these amounts specifically relate to?
------------------------------------------------------------
2)Melbourne settlement classifying as abnormal?
3)Ecard extra or abnormal?
4)Proton revenues come in on time.? (different financial calendar to ERG--is that being made the same?)
5)Everyone asks you about Sydney--my question would be are final negotiations being made and can you proceed untill the outcome of the courts decision is made --re Cubic verses NSW--or won't you know till then.?
6)Listed notes--jointly with others Ive discovered now that they are not going to be staggered as the company did state originally--any clarification on this issue?
