I love stocks that have writedowns in the prior financial period--that are reconstructing themselves and giving themdelves a higher NTA (post reconstructed 15.78) that are waiting on a number of contracts that the company itself total 700 million dollars--that are affected by U.S. tax selling pressure that are for that reason forced down a bit in price---going into an improved financial result in March that they lend 60% on.
