The purchase price also included a deferred cash settlement of $38.7 million. In addition, further shares were issued when unlisted convertible notes to the value o $7.178 million were converted into ordinary shares. The company also issued shares to the value of $1.43m in relation to the final dividend payment under a new Dividend Reinvestment Plan. The company also received a dividend to $0.79m from a third party in the form of shares. just you know who here--you must by now---anyway I don't care I'm just working all of this out--so if you happen to reading---good onya--I really don't give a stuff---I'm making money out of this thing.---when the unlisted notes were converted from the date that occurs it generates the interest saving straight away---another point is with the unlisted and listed---got to get all these dates togther---your payment is due on October the 1st for the notes--so if you agreed to convert before then---ERG didn't have to make the payment?--for you have received the shares instead---your getting additional dough for the difference between the share price and the note face value--this could have a ramification here anyway--so I'm just jotting these notes down to myself as a bit of mental reminder to check out later--don't take anything written as factual till I have time to do something better---just thoughts understand--the 50 mill from the the rights isuue being planned will go directly into operating profit under the chapter investing and financiang activities---it will have a real impact on profitability. Your deferred consideration was the contingent laibilty made non current---which means theyve borrowed in money then spun the debt out over a longer period of time--so essentailly it's like doing the minimum on your visa each month--instead of having to come up with the money in one hit-1.3 Borrowing costs (29,702) Hahaha correct--last year 29,702 paid in interest costs--they save all of this going forward---cause don't forget as wellas paying out the listed notes they are also either paying out the unlisted or in one case doing a deal to refinance them at lower interest and then spin it out for a further 5 years---so you have additional reflections coming back and improving profatibity on the cash flows--for you have to add as stated the unlisted side as well.
