I think this is associated with Proton---as Gemplus are in there as well as Visa--it certainly looks like you need the very best technology to make this happen---which means Catuty as well in my mind--ie a good proportion of Glabal Platform partners, actually Proton vendor Datacard may come into it.
This idea I think is a real money spinner---it will take off amongst teenagers (and I'm one at heart)(even though I'm not one) for sure.
It is absolutely fantastic.
