You're not alone we're all still waiting, don't bother mailing Alan you won't get a reply, he seems content to bury his head in the sand and hope we all go away.

Pity really as he put a lot in to the book for which he gets my respect but his handling of this CD Rom business has been shameful. Sorry Alan but you've only yourself to blame
