I suggested to Jim that he return the item to the dealer he got it from. Jim got the item off eBay in April this year so I honestly think he has his doubts about it. If had a genuine autograph by your heroes would you want to sell it just a couple of months after you had bought it? Could be that Jim is hoping to make a fast buck I suppose, BTW Jim if you're reading this have you got any of those Crtical Review DVD's left?
