Same here, been using CD-Wow for ages and no customs charges ever. As soon as it was announced that customs etc. were going to jump on them I got hit with my first charge. Seems that those nice revenue men are picking up on anything with CD-Wow packaging. I've heard similar stories from other people. Time to leave the country......
