Official release of the live and rare stuff was bolloxed a long time ago. The fans are preserving what they can digitally, be it CD-r, VideoCD or DVD. Unfortunately this runs the risk of it turning up on eBay, see guitarman62 or his cronies.
Best get yourself into a trading circle otherwise you'll never hear it.
The statue will happen, the film might happen.
