Subject: Þðèäè÷åñêèé àñïåêò íàïèñàíèÿ ïëàêàòîâ

Íå âäàâàÿñü â ïðåäûñòîðèþ... Çíàêîìûé õî÷åò íà çàáîðå ñòðîÿùåãîñÿ çäàíèÿ íàïèñàòü êðóïíî êðàñêîé íàäïèñü, ÷òî-òî òèïà, "íå ïîêóïàéòå íè÷åãî ó õà÷åé" è "íå ðàáîòàéòå íà íèõ". Ìåñòî äîâîëüíî áîéêîå äàæå â ìàëîëþäíîå âðåìÿ. Èìååò ëè ïðàâî ìèëèöèÿ çàäåðæàòü åãî çà ýòî (íà ñêîëüêî, êàê äåðæàòüñÿ, ÷òîáû ýòî ìèíèìèçèðîâàòü) è ÷òî åìó ìîæíî èíêðåìåíòèðîâàòü? Ðàçæèãàíèå ìåæíàöèîíàëüíîé ðîçíè? Íàäïèñè â íåïîëîæåííîì ìåñòå? Èëè ÷òî?
