Èçâèíèòå, ÷òî âìåøèâàþñü, íî ìíå êàæåòñÿ, ÷òî "à" - ýòî ñîþç, à íå ïðåäëîã. Âïðî÷åì, çàïÿòóþ âñå ðàâíî íóæíî áûëî ñòàâèòü.

À âîò â ïðåäëîæåíèè "ÿ ðóññêèé" òèðå ìîæíî íå ñòàâèòü, ïîñêîëüêó ïîäëåæàùåå ÿâëÿåòñÿ ëè÷íûì ìåñòîèìåíèåì. À ìîæíî è ïîñòàâèòü â êà÷åñòâå àâòîðñêîãî çíàêà.
