Âû ïðàâû. Äàæå íåëüçÿ ñäàâàòü êâàðòèðó íåëåãàëó, íåãîâîðÿ óæå î ÷åì-òî. Íî ê ñîæàëåíèþ ìû íàáëþäàåì ÿâíûé è ïîëíûé ñàáîòàæ.
