Federal government should deal with foreign powers, groups, countries, exc. and the local government should handle domestic issues.

Sounds about right to me.

I'm with ya!!!

They should feel free to speak out speaking as individuals, but i dont know that they should speak out in the form of a decleration or resolution if you will. That would be speaking for the city on an international issue.
