The concentration of the Hispanic community is mostly in border states and quickly expanding. For now, hiring more hispanics nationwide would not necessarily reflect all of society. Blacks still are more dispersed in this country. Also, we must remember that hispanics come in many shades and can easily pass for different ethnic groups. The only real barrier is language and in the coming generations that would not be an issue. If anything they would have an advantage being bilingual.
