Whirlwind let out a piercing howl as the scent of many caribou drifted across the lands. She raced up an almost vertical slope of rock and searched the worn terra with her keen eyes.

Another howl was directed, this time to the pack members.

It's message clearly was, "Hunt."

As the alpha waited by the outcropping of rocks for her packmates she scratched the ground impatiently.
