Ah, my friend, it truly must be a pity to have money and no loyal friends. I want to be your friend (how much cash are we talking here?). I'm not sure I can totlly fit your requirements, though. I don't drink, and haven't had any weed for a while, but for you, my new best friend, I will toke a bit. Actually, looking at some of the other requirements, I'd say what you really want is a boyscout with a bong, so, hmmmm..... let me think it over (how much cash?).
