It had been a relatively slow and silent journey from Rugby, but Rotor had been content to focus on flying and leave Rampage to silently ponder their joint undertaking, and what he would have to do when and if they finally found Scaleblade. The Autobot himself had entertained his own silent reverie about recent actions, and as the first debris of the Dracan armada scraped across his shuttle's hull, it snapped him back to attention. Outside the shuttle, the impact was as deathly silent as the explosions in the distance. Within, the metal against metal rang like a death knell in the audio receptors of the security officer.

"Some kinda battle we just stumbled into--we're on the fringes but long-range is givin' off some kind of energy spikes. See that green-glow out there? That's the center of this fight, and that's something we need to avoid. I don't recognize the make of any o these ships, although there do seem to be some faint Cybertronian energy signatures out by that emerald haze. Maybe it's just an echo, or maybe these are Cybertronian ships and they've just upgraded since the last time I saw one, which admittedly, it's been a while.

Part of me wants to help, but we're sure not equipped to fight something like this. This far out, this battle won't affect Rugby which is good because I couldn't transmit a warning even if it was a good idea.

Make no mistake though, i would compromise our little secret mission if lives were at stake back home. I'm just as upset about Fireshard as you, but I can't let personal feelings come too far before my duty to SBR.

The shuttle banked perpendicular to the debris field, heading away from the battle, just below the detection of a nearby AOD vessel also at a safe distance from the fighting. Going around would take longer, but Rotor and Rampage would eventually reach their destination safely....
