今年成績進步，策略及速度均有改善，但名次退了少少，男子公開組第八。
大尾篤是一個不錯的賽區，而今日天氣一流。唯一定蠔殼太多，有個兄弟割傷要入院，冇大礙。
Michael，明年你一定要來！

四號星期日去左跑山野之王 (http://www.seyonasia.com/competitions.html)，其中一段由大東山跑落伯公坳只用了十分鐘，跑完之後全身麻痺，不過好有滿足感！

我到今日膝頭哥仍可見比艇邊"界"傷的痕跡。其實我當日都玩到乘個膝頭哥都係血。
當然啦，痛都係值得，實在太......正！

無國界定向 11/1/04
同個十幾年無再玩定向的朋友組隊玩。北潭坳山多路遠，賽區去到鹿湖，又係奪分式比賽，策略係相當關鍵。唯今次策略有小失誤，及小弟枝術不精，浪費了部分時間。男子雙人組(HB)第七(約15組)，算有D交待比各位有份捐錢的善長人翁。

04年是一個新開始而且希望是一個好的開始，新C.C.上任我們都希望有新的影像，而且希望他可以聽一聽我們前線的聲音，戰場上的前線實在滿佈片體麟傷的領袖，如果再唔有些少安撫，恐怕他們的作戰能力會愈來愈低。

不過我們都會去, 主要目的是觀摩其他小隊。
其實我有少少他們不去, 因為看顧他們很辛苦,
無奈他們又好想去。
