I enlisted the services of the RSL with my DVA claim, and also joined the Armed Forces Federation and got the services of a lawyer down in melbourne. after a looooooooong struggle, pshycologists and physicatrists (big words -did i spell them correctly?) i managed to get TPI. Mind you it took a couple to three years of a continueous working at the coal face with this help.

I would recommend all to contact the R S L advocate in your area Cheers Nigel
