I have always thought of him as the finest ADG and man I think I have known. He was a perfect role model for any one to use. The lessons I learned from him and through his actions remained as without me throughout my 26 years as an ADG. He was a constant inspiration to all who knew him and I am sure I was not the only one who was devestated when he passed on. Please remain proud to be the daughter of a man who genuinly cared for all those who he came in contact with. Yours Phil Essex-Clark
