He served twenty years in the RAAF, retiring back in '82. I served in the RAAF from '77 - '89, many of his old comrades were my Recruit NCO's when I went through Edinburgh, did I cop a hard time for being his son, especially from a particular FLT SGT..(not mentioning his name). I now find myself serving again, but this time Army Aviation, and boy is it different to the RAAF. I am curently based in 5 Aviation Regiment, Townsville. Would like to hear from any ADG who knew my father and I am really wondering why I cannot find any reference to him on this website???? [ Post a Reply to This Message ] |
