] Date Posted: 16:47:44 05/18/10 Tue john is still around but he does not visit any of his old mates. if he is out and they see him they approach him and have a talk. he has lost half of his left lung through cancer and also had a melenoma removed from the left side of his neck. he had to face the board for vet affairs and finally got his tpi a couple of years ago. he goes to brothers sunday mornings and about twice a week now that it is getting cooler. he wont go th anzac services and i nearly had him at the pub in brisbane but he pulled out when i got hame from the dawn service at amberley. last year i was hit with breast cancer, but so far so good. lorraine.
