Subject: 2001 kia optima transmition bad at 51000 miles

bought kia optima new in 2002.at 51000 miles transmition started slipping in reverse.i took it to bob king kia in winston salem,nc.where car was bought.they told me that since i had'nt had all the service work done at an approved kia dealer the warranty would not cover the cost of repairs.i had both the factory warranty and had bought the extended warranty.needless to say i'm through with kia and any thing with bob kings name on it.
