Subject: 2005 Sorento LEMON!!!!

I feel that everyone in the world needs to know about KIA's and faulty equipment and lack of loyalty from the dealerships. First of all I got majorly screwed before I even walked off the lot and didnt even know it, I paid $22,000 for a car that i should of only paid about $16,000 for, keep in mind a few weeks after I purchased my vehicle, the saleman that I bought my car from was fired for screwing people and pocketing money that did not belong to him. I bought a 2005 Kia Sorento in June of 2005 it only had 32 miles on it, within a few months and only 5,000 it was in the shop b/c the rear-end fell out and my car was making this awful popping noise, so I took it to the dealership where I bought it (Stevenson Kia of Wlimgton, NC) and guess what...they refuse to give me a loaner car while mine was being fixed. Then I started having problems with the sensors in the car, they gave me a run around about that too. Then at aprox 17,000 miles the tech-tonic shifter would not shift correctly. (the shifter in automatic cars that allow you to gear up and down) Now at only 2 years old and 39,000 miles I am having problems w/ my engine and transmission, go figure, I moved to a different area and I am gettting the go round from not 1, not 2 but 3 dealerships within my surrounding areas. I contacted the NC leamon Law and go figure I don't quite fall within their requirements, if anyone has any good feed back or advise for me please contact me @ lwilliams_1102@yahoo.com.
