hellooo from France, i have a 2002 KIA SPECTRA and is a really bad car, too many problems, hard starting, wheels noise, and others littles problems, Kia dealers can not fix the problems!!! in FRANCE we have not the lemon law so if you have a suck car you can do nothing!!!
