Looking for anyone who has the same problem as myself. So please if your having this or have had this problem, email me.The situation I'm having is a Flash recall problem so they say. Personally it feels like the transmission is slipping. I bought the car brand new in 2005 at Bob King Kia in NC. My car ran fine until up to a few months, then I started to have this issue.I have taken the car back three times to have them look at it. Of coarse I've complained but no one seems to be concerned. They say their hands are tied and they are working on problem. Well in the meantime i still have this lemon. I hate this car. I can be driving to work or taking my kid to an event and you actually have to take your foot completely off the gas pedal for the engine to settle down. The engine revs up so high and the car is just kind of idiling or riding in a neutral state. Hard to explain, but it is scarey to drive. I have told the Kia company and dealership but they say there is no safety issue involved. I wonder if they would like to put one of their family members in this vehicle and say there is no safety issues. Not!!!Please is your having this issue contact me. I am so afriad this car is going to stall out in the heavy traffic that I have to drive in. Plus the engine is getting worse. Now you can hear a ticking sound in the engine. What's next. Am I really stuck with this piece of crap?? my email: hazelnovember@yahoo.com
