Subject: Kia tiped over on wet road going only 30mph

I have a Kia-Sportage 2002, and I tiped over. I was going of a off-ramp and my car started to break out in the back, while I was trying to get it back under controll and I was almost at a halt, it just flipped over onto the right side, my air bags did not deploy, luckley my seat belts where working. I try to find out if there are more cases like this, I have my license for 26 years, never had an accident, and I wondering is this normal at a speed of 30 mph?
