kia sephia -- Kia=Krap Imported to America

Subject: kia sephia

My mom has a 1998 Kia Sephia. The dashboard is bucking up and the Kia company said she has to replace the whole dashboard. They said that it is normal wear and tear on a car that sits out all the time.So she would have to pay out of pocket. I have NEVER seen a car do this before. I have a 92 Honda Civic(GREAT CARS) that sits out all the time and it is fine. (Oh yes, the check engine light is ALWAYS on.)And the power steering pump is going bad. Anyone else having this dashboard problem? Is there anything that can be done to make Kia fix this at no cost? My mom is 81 years old and can not afford this. The car only has 63,000 miles. NEVER, NEVER, buy a piece of crap Kia!!!I've filed complaints with the BBB and called the att. general.
