Subject: Kia Investigation

Hi All –

I work with a law firm that’s launched an investigation into Kia Motors Corp for claims that a faulty air bag system may put adult passengers weighing less than 130 pounds at significant risk in the event of an accident.

The investigation claims that Kia’s air bag system fails to correctly detect the presence of smaller adults and deactivates the front air bag, depriving passengers of any front air bag protection in an accident.

If you own any Kia model made between 2006 and 2009, you can contact the law firm to join or learn more about this investigation. Please visit www.hbsslaw.com/kiaairbags.
