What does this prove? Simply there will be more complaints in the future because they don't know the hell that awaits them! If you haven't walked in our shoes, you have zero idea what we're talking about. You're satisfied and happy? Good for you! We aren't! We have been around the block and back again with the dealerships AND the representatives to no avail, thus the reason we are all here! KIA sucks! It's been proven time and again, and should SOME customers get their money's worth, awesome! We have not! We are angry, we are hurt and we were ALL cheated!
