I have 23 years in personnel recruiting and staffing for a collection of private industry and government-based clients. Recently, I came off of a 3 months contract with the TSA involved in qualifying, scoring, and certifying candidates at levels up to GS-15. Recognizing the need for personnel in the federal government, specifically in Homeland Security and Health and Human Services/NIH, I would like to better understand how I might position my corporation to win work. I can provide as many professionals as needed with specialities in: Human Resources, Recruiting/Staffing, and Outsourcing.

Could you please provide information or direction on how I might take advantage of my skills as it relates to providing human resource needs to the federal government.

Thank You,

Frank Fotia
