With Rabbits you have to be more careful with your treatments, but I have used neomycin sulfate in dechlorinated water for that problem, 1 tsp.per 32 oz bottle of water, there are different strains of coccidia and almost all will repond to sulfur ,you just need to find the correct sulfur med.for the strain you have and combine it with an antibiotic to help ward off infection,Diatomaceous Earth mixed with the feed will help ward off lots of parasites also just be sure you use the food grade DE not the stuff used in swimming pools.Good Luck ,Pat
