The concert is in Quebec City. It's part of a music festival, so you'll need a festival pass. More details are available on this Web site in the "Bob Geldof Forum" (Bob Geldof room, "Canadians Rejoice" thread). There is also an official Web site for the Quebec Music Festival with more information.
