Subject: Bob In Brisbane

I was privilaged to witness a powerful and moving performance by Bob on Sunday 6 Oct in Brisbane. I would like to Thank Bob for an excellent journey thru his music and his courage in performing the very personal songs from his new album.

WOW thats great Dianne!! He is awesome and so talented! Was there alot of fans there? or people who came to see Bob Geldof out of curioisity?
I cant wait for Sydneys show! Did you see Bob after the show?

The Tivoli (where the concert was) is pretty small-ther was about 250 people. Not sure about the curiosity factor but after he did 'Mondays' he said "Thank God...he's finally done a song we all know!!!"
Yep I stayed back and met the man. Very gracious as normal-I even scored an autograph and broken guitar string from his Gibson-hang around after the Sydney show he's bound to come out. I have just put my photos to be developed. I'll post here when I have them up on my website.

Oh so there is a chance he will sign my album after the show??? Im so excited!!!!
I met him 10 years ago and to meet him again is so cool! I love his "happy Club" album most!

I was also there last night and got to meet Bob after the show :) It was a fabulous concert and I was thrilled that Bob was so gracious with the fans that stayed around to meet him after. I got my 'Loudmouth' album, Jamie's playlist, and my ticket signed by Bob. I also got a photo with him - I kissed his cheek while my twin sister Cathryn kissed his other cheek! I got similar photos with the rest of the band :) I too will have these photos posted on my site tomorrow :) Hope Bob was wonderful in Sydney tonight! I'm sure he was! :)

Yes, Bob mentioned at the Brisbane concert that he had gone and checked the place out on the 9th or 10th of October. Wish I'd been there! :D
