Subject: Bob on Canadian TV (briefly)

I had Global News (Toronto) at 5:30 on tonight, and looked up in time to see a clip of Bob's Palais Royale show, doing "Song of Indifference", part 1. (I didn't notice a Global cameraman there -- did anyone else?) They also mentioned his upcoming Vancouver show.

So that's a tiny bit of publicity, at least. Toronto Sun also did a story, available on Canoe.ca.

I saw the Global clip too but didn't see the camera at the show! By the way, Bravo is airing a Bob Geldof concert on November 10th at 8pm.

I did happen to notice a camera at the concert last Friday night although it was not labeled, they must not have wanted to create too much "public attention". Thanx for the tip about Bravo airing concert.

Thanks for the tip! I'll definitely watch (and tape) that --assuming you do mean the Bravo! Channel available in Canada -- because I think there is an American Bravo as well, which I don't get...

Wish I could catch that old episode of "SCTV" with the Boomtown Rats on it. "SCTV" is still in reruns, but there are so many episodes! Without checking daily, it's hard to fall upon a particular one.

The Toronto Star did a story, as well as Tandem Newspaper and Chart Magazine (www.chartattack.com). 680 News also had a long clip throughout the day as well.

The Bravo Live At The Rehearsal Hall will be airing on Bravo on November 30th, not the 10th.
