聖經告訴我們，愛的源頭來自神。「神就是愛。神差他獨生子到世間來，使我們藉著衪得生，神愛我們的心在此就顯明了。」(約一4:8-9)
你認為甚麼是愛呢？
神創造要與人分享衪創造的美好，使人管理大地，神顧念亞當獨居不好，為他造配偶幫助他，世上有男有女，互相配合，互補不足，互相作伴，互相需要。
這是神對你的啟示嗎？
在戀愛的當下要認識自己，建立自己的人生目標及價值，對將來有方向感，不隨波逐流。
經歷中(祈禱仰望)明白主的愛，與他分享交流主愛，探索體驗愛的真締。
要了解自己的感情，正確地表達出來，不求自己的益處，為別人好處而放下自己。
真誠、開放，關懷，並與此同時在真道上裝備自己。
以神為首，先求衪的國和衪的義。
多詢問信任的屬靈朋友，長者。
不論結果是合或是分，也要令雙方感到尊重，日後還可以相處，不需介懷或不自在。
