Actually, only two. On the old board I have Kevin (Chris Pitt) hiking a mile in 20 minutes. That's too fast. The best I can do is to hike a mile in 24 minutes, and that is without a rucksack. So, we'll have him hike a mile every half hour or about 2.93 feet per second. Again, on the old board, I have the film taking place in April. Again, that is incorrect. The film takes place in March. Indeed, on the 2nd Sunday in March. Not the 1st Sunday in March, because at that time, the sun rises too late and sets too early in that part of the world. Nor does it take place on the 3rd Sunday in March, because at that time, the sun rises too early and sets too late in that part of the world. Thus, as the time of the film takes place over 4 days, the film takes place from Saturday, March 12, 1988, to Tuesday, March 15, 1988. And not only can we place it to the year, month, and day, we can place some of the events occuring in the film to the hour, minute, and second. More about that next week. Until then . . . Enjoy!
