Subject: Why Sheffield?

I've always thought that Kevin (Chris Pitt) came from Sheffield. Not the actor, but the character.
We know that he was traveling from east to west in "Lair of the White Worm," when he was picked up by Lady Sylvia Marsh (our Amanda.) And if we presume the film took place during the school year, and he only stayed at youth hostels, then his route would look something like this.
Thursday: Sheffield
Friday: Hattersage by bus or train after school.
Saturday: Langsett by hiking.
Sunday: Crowden-in-Longdendale by hiking.
Monday: or late Sunday, Sheffield by bus.
Of course, he never made it back to Sheffield or Crowden-in-Longdendale for that matter. I figure, he made it as far as a mile east of Crowden-in-Longdendale, before he met his death.
Until next week and why "Lady Sylvia Marsh was an ideal serial killer." Enjoy!
