Or, Olivia DeHavilland's polite way of saying that Errol Flynn became noticablely excited during their scenes together in "The Adventures of Robin Hood."
And he is not the only one. Burt Lancaste admitted as much, when he talked about working with Ava Gardner in "the Killers."
And it is said that Junior Durkin had the same problem, when he worked with Bette Davis in "Hell's House," as did Brad Pitt in his scenes with Geena Davis and Susan Sarandon in "Thelma and Louise."
But one need not work with an actress to get one excited. It is said that Alan Bates had this problem in his nude scene with Oliver Reed in "Women in Love." Which is said to have been disconcerting for Reed.
Nor does one need to be an actor to become excited. Rene Russo admitted she became noticablely aroused in her scenes with Pierce Brosnan in "The Thomas Crown Affair." And it is said that the same happened to Dorothy Granger in her scenes with Bela Lugosi in "One Body Too Many."
The last may seem somewhat odd, but before his looks were ravaged by durgs, Lugosi was considered one of the sexiest actors on Boradway and in Hollywood.
To be continued . . .
