Of course, actors are not the only ones who become visiblely excited during a film. The late film critic Gene Siskel said, that while watching a film, he became excited.
And he said that film critics ought to be more forthcoming about what films made them excited.

Of course, if any of the previous incidents were caught on film, they were left on the cutting room floor.

Of course, that is not always the case. Sometimes something like this is shown deliberately, such as "The Brown Bunny."
By happenstance, an extra in "Sebastian." And in "Burial Ground," in one scene between Peter Bark and Maria Angela Giordano, Bark is seem to be visiblely excited. But that film is so ineptly directed, one is not sure whether that was left in deliberately or is just happenstance.

Of course, other then that, the only two film in which visible excitement is simulated are "The Last Remake of Beau Geste" and "Sorority Boys." And the only two times I can remember it actually being talked about are in "Cruel Intentions II" and "A Midsummer Night's Dream" from 1999.

To be continued . . .
