There is talk in North Dakota and South Dakota about creating a new conference with the new to I-AA western teams and the teams that don't currently have a conference in the west. The schools would include Cal-Davis, NDSU, SDSU, N. Colorado, S. Utah, Cal-Poly, and St. Mary's (Cal.). Any talk of this in California? It sounds like a good move to me at least on a temporary basis. These teams will be playing each other anyway.
