Given that that gin-guzzling gravy grabbing gerriatric has been dead for a couple of years, I would say that PREMIER of B.C. could finally do something in an efficient manner!
Previous to that she hadn't seen a "worm" in half a century. Her castle had been closed for business, until she went into her,uh, new digs.
