Yup.....and this IS a Death Penalty case

The same jury that just convicted David Westerfield's fat ass, will be the same jury that will decide whether he gets the Death Pealty, or Life-In-Prison-With-No-Possibility-Of. Parole. That will begin to be decided starting next Wednesday.

But it really is all over.

I couldn't care less whether he gets Death or Life in Prison......because I doubt he will even live long enough in prison to see more than 3 or 4 more birthdays.

And I hope when it happens it will be slow and lingering.
