Are you implying it's something OTHER THAN "not a good idea," i.e. perfectly OK, for non-pedophiles to be taking drugs and getting stoned?

By the way, some street drugs decrease sex drive you know. I'd think you'd be happy for a pedophile to take those drugs if it means they aren't "lusting" over kids as much - or at all.
