Well I have a friend that is in trouble, and from my point of view, doesn't know how to run a clan very well. He is in a rut, 9/10's of the clan is inactive or on a very long vacation (I think it is the former rather then the latter), the simple solution would be to kick everyone out, but he has made sure that each and everyone is a good man (not a jerk) so to kick everyone out would be a bad thing. I have advised mostly to just state a day for everyone to post by then, or they are out of the clan, and to keep a few of the inactive members, and to let anyone back in who responds late to the call. ::panting:: Alright then, I am spent, and am off, I would appreciate anyone who would shed some light on this predicament.
