Subject: I found your quote...

There was only one out of all of them... it reads under the section:

The ABC's of GPA's

"Tough courses psyche me up. I'm more disciplined becuase I know I have to be, so my grades are better."
Senior, Accounting, Valparaiso University

One of the less advising quotes I would say.

I really wont need to study as much as I will just need to do my work. Maybe for english and history, but math and networking, pphhht.

College is cool, theres thousands of people there, and so many resources are open to you. I discover the math lab today, nice quite place with comfy padded swivil chairs and nice wide open desks with very few people so you have lotsa space to just spread out and do your work. Air conditioned too. And even though there are litterly like 8,000 people there, there is always a place you can go where it's quiet and nearly uninhabited by humans.

It really sucks though becuase they have no on-campus dorms.
The closest to it is a group of apartments behind the campus, that cost about $800.00 a month. So everybody drives to DVC, and if you dont get to DVC 2 hours before your class, you wont get to park in the lot at all, so yeah.

Also, as I mentioned there are 8,000 people there, 10 of which I know, 4 of which I would even talk to. I am lookin for a study group.

The weird thing about being at college, and I guess this is limited to us community colleges, is that there are old people there. Theres one lady in my math class must be 45 or so, and a 60 year old in my history class. Kinda wierd goin to school with adults.

Ok, im done now, talk to ya later
