Subject: For the record, my take on this insane SH vs. TC rivalry

Admit it guys, this "deep rooted hatred" of TC is getting old, and it's getting old real fast.

I don't know about you, but I have significantly better things to do with my time that read this board and the constant sniping at TC. Sure, I led that crusade a while ago, but now I'm starting to wonder what the hell the point of it was.

Ok, they killed SH and may or may not have deleted the webpage. I really don't know who deleted the webpage, and I really don't care anymore. The fact of the matter is...it was a webpage, it was only a webpage, and all this fuss isn't warrant of a webpage.

I still don't see why it couldn't be re-built. I had all of the code backed up, as well as many of the pictures. Probably only would've taken a day or so to restore it, if that.

Then we used TC as a scape-goat because they were there and were really convenient. All in all, I have no real reason to be upset at TC. Even if this spy operation does go through, and I have frankly washed my hands of it, what good will it do? It's not like thier gonna have 15 King Sword's of Haste sitting around there, or whatever the equivilent of that will be.

What's the point of this constant hatred? I mean, there are no gains, and many losses. I had LOTS of freinds in TC, and now I don't feel comfortable even saying "hi" to most of them. For what? There is no gain, there is no purpose, there's nothing to win, and there's nothing to be proud of.

Back in February and March, when Sword was banning IP's like crazy, I meant was I was saying. When I "gave up" I partially meant it. I was glad for an excuse to stop the needless post-war, but still wanted vengeance. A few days ago I started it up again, a decision I greatly regret now.

I will never again post any anti-TC propoganda. I will not condone any anti-TC actions. Nor will I oppose them.

At the moment, my sole interest is in making sure that SH becomes a clan again. So far as I'm concerned, TC is just another clan out there on battle.net, and, apparently they play on HEAT alot too. I don't really care for HEAT, but if that's what does it for ya, then by all means go for it.

The only difference between TC and the other clans I know about is that I happen to know some members in TC. That's it. I'll check their message board from time to time, I may even pop in once or twice, but for all intents and purposes, my rivalry with TC is hereby ended.

Given my past actions I do not expect TC to believe this, but those of you in SH are likely to know that this is genuine.

My only concern in these matters now are to ensure that SH lives again. If that doesn't happen, oh well. If it does, then I have no onus with TC. As far as I'm concerned, this one-sided war of vengeance is over.
