A letter received this week, by the Hon. Sec. of the CR Vets, from the NI Prison Service Chaplains' Office. confirms that 3 RC Chaplains (2 Maghaberry & 1 Magilligan) were invited to the Feb. 22nd Repatriation & Full Status Now Conference. The event was highly successful. It was held at the AoH Hall in Derry, and a full eight days later, after one Sunday tabloid had done its "dirty Tricks" - the recently elected President of the AoH Derry Division publicly banned the CR Vets from ever again using the premises, where they held events since at least 1996. he chairperson at the conference, a member of the AoH for some years, was suspended, but has the right to appeal. Letters of protest can be sent to the Secretary, AoH Hall, 23 Foyle Street, Derry City BT 48m 7HR

This puts the lie to the gutter press allegations that it was a "Dissident Summit". Others who were invited, but could not intend include at least two very high profile politicians, who have confirmed by phone the invite, but have yet to put such to paper. We hope they do so ASAP, as a few people in particular have been hung out to dry by right-wing key figures within the AoH.
