In keeping with our ongoing efforts to highlight the
continuing crisis for Irish POWs in British and Irish jails, the Irish Freedom Committee� POW Dept. has introduced an "ACTION REQUESTS" page to our National
website, at www.irishfreedomcommittee.net. The page
can be accessed through the "POWs" section on the website menu bar, or via the direct link to the page at

The IFC POW Dept. will also keep these Alerts
up-to-date on the "What's New" box located on the Home page of our website.

This "ACTION REQUESTS" page will the Irish Freedom
Committee's way to help YOU help the POWs. Currently we are asking concerned people from the United States and around the world to please SPEAK OUT against the
increasingly deadly situation for Irish Republican
prisoners being held in Irish and British jails.

The "ACTION REQUESTS" page will carry alerts to
emergency situations needing attention inside the prisons, addresses for appropriate Government officials with whom to raise the issues with, suggestions on how to word your letters; and wherever possible, "Sample Letters" for
your use.
