I really enjoyed listening to your introduction speech on Thursday night. You seemed very relaxed and confident in your delivery. I think the singing/songwritnig thing is cool. It definitely gives you the chance to put your emotions in your work. Then it won't be work, but rather a "labor of love." As far as graduate school goes, go for it. I'm sure UMKC probably has a great liberal arts program. I heard that Jazz teacher ( I can't remember his name) on Rev. Cleaver's show on KCUR Friday afternoon. If you leave Rockhurst, it will be Rockhurst's loss.
