I remember thatwhen I first started giving client presentations that I would get a bit nervious but never any true anxiety. My best tips to myself were to be well prepared. Understan the subject matter well and the rest will come easily. It is natural for me to not prepare well when making a speach. I am the type the thinks they can "wing it" and typically that leads me to missing something I had meant ot cover. My biggst anxiety comes when I have to confront someone one on one. Typically it is work and the subject is not very pleasant. To prepare for that I try to get a little quiet time prior and remember that we are just two people. The same works for an audience. I remember to try to keep them entertained and keep things moving. It is kind of like "swing thoughts" in golf. Keeping a couple of key thinngs in your mind at all times helps you stay on track.
